Explorer anchor bug
This applet contains a workaround for the Explorer anchor bug.

The applet will not work with a local anchor.
Before the anchor a filename must be included.
So <PARAM NAME="url_3" VALUE="#middle"> will not work.
But <PARAM NAME="url_3" VALUE="thisFile.html#middle"> will work.
