DFX USER GUIDE
Recording DFX-enhanced MP3s to CD

Many audio players give users the ability to convert MP3 files to WAV files that can then be burned to audio CD for playback on a stereo. For the players that support DFX, using this method to create custom CDs from an MP3 playlist is very beneficial, since DFX audio enhancement may be applied to dramatically improve the sound quality of the resulting audio CD.

An outline of the steps involved:
  1. Prepare MP3 playlist
  2. Prepare DFX audio settings
  3. Convert the MP3 files to WAV files with DFX enhancement
  4. Use CD burner to create audio CD from the WAV files
Note: Each player has a different procedure for performing the steps above. Read the player manufacturer's user guide for more detailed instructions.
