- The lecturer explaines the characteristics of each wine.
We had a kind of lecture like at school again.
But this time it was not about geography, history or zymurgy, and I
could enjoy it :-)
They are red wines tasted today.
When the red wines were brought in, very good aroma filled the room up.
We did Blind Tast this time again.
At first, I thought to differentiate characteristics of red wines was an
easy task
because I drink red wines very often. But it turned out not so.
I couldn't understand the difference especially between the number 2 and
the number 4. When the tasting was over, I was surprised by the names
of these wines. I've drank these two many times.
We make some notes each time we tasted wines,
and I could write characteristics of color and smell but it was hard
to explain the taste.
All wines were so tasty
I wanted some
cheese !
