2. You want to set the text image to the background image like a neon tube. Select Filter/Special Tools/Glowing.
3. Now select the Layer Move Tool from the toolbar.
4. Activate
the text image and drag the whole image to the Glowing Panels Preview.
Setup the Strength (width of the glowing effect) and the Glowing Color and Center Color.
5. Now activate
the background image and press Start. You will get a selection with
the glowing text. Drag the text where ever you want and double click on
it. If you want to get a brighter result, double click once more again.
Then press Ctrl+D to delete the selection.
