The Positioned Text Box dialog includes four tabs for defining the appearance of positioned text boxes.
Layout and Size: The Position section indicates how far from the top and left of the topic page the Positioned Text Box is located. The default setting is pixels. The greater the number, the larger the distance. (You can use inches by entering a number in the text field followed by "in.") The Size section determines height and width of the text box. The default setting is pixels. The greater the numbers, the greater the size of the Positioned Text Box. (You can use inches rather than pixels by entering a number in the text field followed by "in.")
Margins: Sets the margins on All sides or Left/Right and Top/Bottom. The default setting is pixels. The larger the number, the bigger the margins. (If you want to use inches, just enter the number in the text field followed by "in.")
Borders: Assigns border settings and styles.
Shading: Sets background color and allows placement of a background image or pattern.
