This topic provides information about both the Index tab and ALinks tab.
The Index tab shows all the keywords used in your project. Keyword data can include:
Keywords: A list of all keywords as they appear in the index.
Keywords and Topics: An alphabetized list of all keywords. Grouped under each keyword is a list of all topics that reference it.
Topics and Keywords: An alphabetized list of all topics (by HTML file name). Grouped under each topic is a list of all keywords associated with the topic.
Note: For Index reports, you can view index file keywords (.HHK) and topic keywords.
The ALinks tab shows all the ALink names used in your project. ALink data can include:
ALinks: A list of all ALink names in your project.
ALinks and Topics: An alphabetized list of all ALink names. Grouped under each name is a list of all topics that use it.
Topics and ALinks: Al alphabetized list of all topics. Grouped under each topic is a list of all ALink names assigned to it.
Author: Displays information based on the selected author. (This feature is currently not available.)
Folder: Bases the data on files in all folders or in a custom folder that you select.
Options: For Index reports, opens the Index Report Options dialog for customizing the information.
For ALinks reports, opens the ALink Report Options dialog for customizing the information.
Save As: Saves (exports) the data in Rich Text Format (.RTF) or text-only format (.TXT) to the drive/folder you specify.
Print: Prints the data on your default printer.
Copy: Copies the data to the Windows Clipboard so you can paste it into another file such as a Word document or Excel spreadsheet.
Mail To: Opens your email program so you can send the data to other people.
