To further organize the topics in your project, you can create custom folders in the Project Manager. These folders are displayed as subfolders in the following folders:
HTML Files (Topics): Displays all topic files (.HTM)
Images: Displays all image files (.GIF, .JPG)
Multimedia: Displays all multimedia files (.AVI, .WAV, .AU, .MID, .RMI)
Style Sheets: Displays all style sheet files (.CSS)
Baggage Files: Displays all "baggage" files (.BMP, .ICO)
From each of these folders, the Project Manager filters the file names that are displayed so you only view the ones that are applicable to the folder type. For example, subfolders in HTML Files (Topics) displays HTML topic files (.HTM), Images displays .JPG and .GIF files, and so forth. You can create subfolders within your custom folders to further organize your files.
Click the Project tab.
Click the folder from which you want to create a subfolder.
Right-click the folder and select New Folder. The new folder is displayed with a temporary name.
Type a name for the folder, and then press ENTER. The new folder is added to your project.
