Use the Replace dialog to replace existing text used in a topic search. It automates the process of searching for and replacing text manually. You can replace all occurrences at once or confirm the ones you want to replace by viewing each occurrence individually.
Find what: Searches for this word or phrase.
Replace with: Uses this word or phrase as the replacement text.
Find Next: Locates the first occurrence of the text so you can take action.

Replace All: Replaces all occurrences of the text.
Close: Ends the search and replace command and closes the dialog.
Allow regular expressions: Recognizes Ms-Word style or Unix style expressions, depending on your selection.
