If you want to apply a DHTML effect to multiple paragraphs, you can do so by placing the paragraphs in a text box or positioned text box.
Click where you want to locate the text box in your topic.
From the Insert menu, select Text Box. The text box appears in your topic.
Right-click on the text box and click Edit Text Box to adjust the text box properties, including size, margins, borders, and shading. (Unless you want topic text to flow left or right of the text box, make sure you select None for Text wrapping.)
Click in the text box and enter or paste the paragraphs to which you want to apply DHTML effects.
Click to select the text box.
From the DHTML menu, select Insert/Edit Dynamic HTML Effects. The DHTML Effects dialog opens.
From the When list, select the event that will initiate the effect.
From the What list, select the effect you want to apply. The selected effect's properties and values are displayed in the lower part of the dialog.

Botswana is a land of extremes. It is a land-locked country, about the size of France, in which you can encounter the desert sands of the Kalahari and the verdant Eden of the Okavango Delta, where water takes precedence over land. The Okavango Delta forms the nucleus and heartbeat of this treasure house of wildlife.
Botswana offers one of the last unspoiled wilderness areas in Africa, unfenced game reserves where some of the largest herds in southern Africa roam free and wild, together with some of the most spectacular and varied bird life.
All the large mammals can be found in Botswana. Botswana has the largest remaining population of the endangered African Wild Dog. Over 500 species of birds can be found along with reptiles and smaller mammals.
