...which means that if you enjoy playing either or both of the games and wish to keep them on your system, then you are obliged to register with ASTRAsoft. We consider one month to be adequate time to evaluate these games.
Registration will allow you to play more challenging levels, and removes the 'nag' screen that appears at when you run Bzzz!.
You may distribute the shareware version of this game freely, provided that neither
this file or any other components of the game is changed. If you wish to include this on
any media (e.g. Magazine cover CD's) or on an open FTP site, then please contact me via
email, so I can ensure that you have the most current version. If you wish to include a
link to the game on your site - then you must email me - the URL for the game itself
changes periodically (with updates), and so it is better to make a link to the download
page.

At current exchange rates (June 1998), £10 sterling is about $16.30, and £5 is about $8.15.
There are two ways to register for ASTRAsoft games. For those with access to the internet, online registration is simple, secure and quick - you'll get the registration code you need within a few days. Otherwise, you can register using the postal service, which can take much longer. Internet registration is the most flexible method for non-UK residents, since you will only be charged a small conversion charge and the transaction will appear on your next statement.

By using a secure connection to a credit card payment service (currently sw-reg.com), you will need to give your credit card number, expiry date and other details such as your name, postal address and email address. We recognise that some people aren't comfortable about sending their credit card details over the internet. If that's the case, please use postal registration and warn us first be email so that we can let you know when we get the payment. |

You need to include your full name and your email address if you have one (your postal address if you don't).This will take slightly longer, and is a bit more effort on your part! WARNING: unless you warn us first and we agree, we only take payment in UK pounds sterling. Sometimes we accept about $20 (minimum) in US dollars. Also, ASTRAsoft doesn't send out keys before payment has been made - don't bother asking! |
If you can't supply an email address, then your registration will be delayed, and we regret to say that you will have to include sufficient extra to cover the postage to your country.
When you register, you will receive (preferably by email) a personalised key code which will unlock your copy or copies of Bzzz! and Fire!. You should not need to download a new copy. The keys that you receive will be valid for future versions of the games - if we change the type of keys needed to unlock the games you only need to get in touch to receive new ones.
Many, many hours of work have gone into the creation of ASTRAsoft's shareware games, partly for the challenge and partly because we just love hearing from people who've got a few hours' pleasure out of playing them! Shareware is a software company's way of making sure you get the best deal - you pay nothing if you don't enjoy what you see.
