Q & A - Troubleshooting

EpsonMultiUsers9 is a baby only some days old (1st version on 04/02/2000) so this Q & A Chapter is a bit slim. Don't hesitate to ask me about any problem.

  • Epson Drivers, Epson Installer, Custom Install

To use EpsonMultiUsers9, you have to be sure the right Epson drivers are installed: verify in your System Extensions Folder that the version of your "Epson Monitor3" application is v.1.23 or later. If not, take a look at the EpsonShare Full Compatibilty Table to download the latest right Epson drivers for your printer.

    Trial version limitation

  • Trial version is fully functional for a week. Afterwards you have to trash or to register the software. I prefer the 2nd eventuality ;-)

  • Even if the trial period for a previous version has ended, you can try any new release.

    Registration, future EpsonShare versions

  • All future EpsonMultiUsers9 versions will be free of charge for registered users.

    EpsonMultiUsers9 slows down your computer

  • Does EpsonMultiUsers9 slow down my computer?

Just a little bit, EpsonMultiUsers9 only watches to see if you are switching between your different Multiples Users account during idle time. With a PowerPC, the slowing down is negligible.

    Quit EpsonMultiUsers9

  • As System Extension, EpsonMultiUsers9 can't be normally quitted. To stop it, just use the EpsonMultiUsers9 Deinstaller application without restarting your Mac.
