Time-based and fully customizable animated effects

Many filters are tweenable-they will transition smoothly from one setting to another over time.  Blur, Sharpen, Brightness & Contrast, Dotlet, Sharpen More, Falloff, Fade in, Fill, Ripple, Gradient, Hue, Saturation, Wave, Invert, Diffuse, Fade Edges, Mosaic, Diffuse More, Swirl, Fade Out, Diffuse Custom Ability to filter out any or all of the RGBA Channels. Compatible with most leading industry filters.

Tool Modifiers
* Modify the behavior of certain basic tools.
* Shrink-Modifies the Selection tools
* Layer-Modifies the Selection and Fill Bucket tools to affect the paint, movie, or paint and movie layer
* Composite-Add and Replace modes affect how selections are applied to the Paint layer
* Anti-Alias-Smooth edges of various shape tools by selecting None, Medium, or High
* Corner/Center-Modifies the cursor's beginning and ending position when using the shape and selection tools
