Flash Web Browser WaterMelon v.2.1.3 for Windows

Build with Visual J++ 6.0 and ActiveX Macromedia Flash components.


System requirements:

  1. Win32 Platform. The Browser was tested on Windows 98, 2000 and XP. No data about how it works under Windows 95, but you can try.

  2. Flash Player 5 or higher has to be installed. If you do not have it, download Flash Player 5 (or higher) from Macromedia.

  3. Optionally if you want to play  Real or Quick Time streaming media within the Browser, you may download relevant players from the companies web sites (see http://www.real.com and http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download ).

  4. It is recommended to have your computer high-speed connected the Internet (DSL or cable).


Installation:

  1.  Unzip file fb213j.zip into any location.

  2. Find in the location the installation file FlashWebBrowserJ.exe and launch it.
    Important: In some Windows systems and depending on settings, the application installer may start installation of Microsoft Virtual Machine before the application installed. In this case, when installer asks you to restart, you have two options: a). restart and then continue the process by executing the installation file second time or  b). deny restart and continue the installation process till the application installed and, after you completely finish the process, restart your computer to activate the VM.

  3. Follow instructions of the installer (installation wizard). After finish in Start menu you will find a shortcut icon named "Watermelon". You can drag it to the Desktop area for your convenience.
