   The 11-digit serial number to be used for Intel Support Services for

   Intel Smart Video Recorder (original) can be found in two places:



     1. Printed in the lower right corner on the box-end white sticker

        under the UPC bar code.  "SERIAL NO. (S):  99932752407" for

        example.



     2. On the trailing edge of the board itself underneath the UPC code on

        the right side of the white sticker.  "99932752407" for example.

   The serial number to be used for Intel Support Services for Intel Smart

   Video Recorder Pro is located on Disk #1 of the Digitial Video Producer

   software by Asymetrix.  The Digital Video Producer software comes on 3

   diskettes and is included in every Smart Video Recorder Pro box.  Only

   the first disk has the serial number on it.

   LANDesk Management Suite v2.5

   -----------------------------------------------------

   The serial number/node count for v2.5 of LANDesk Management Suite is on

   an "Intel LANDesk(R) Management Suite License Agreement" card sticker,

   located at the bottom of the card. 



   Once the software is installed, open Management Console. From the Manage

   pull-down menu, select Licensing. This shows all licenses that have been

   added to the Core/Management server.



   There is not a licensing diskette for this product.



   LANDesk Management Suite v2.x

   -----------------------------------------------------

   The 11-digit serial number to be used for Intel Support Services for

   LANDesk Management Suite software can be found on the packaging or

   through the software.



   If you have the brown rectangular box the license disks came in, you

   will find the serial number on the sticker on the UPPER LEFT quadrant of

   the box.



   If you no longer have the packaging, 



     1. Run SETUP.EXE from the LANDESK directory on the file server.



     2. Select "Manage Licenses." A list of numbers will appear.



     3. Write down the serial number from the TOP LINE of the list



        The serial number is the 11-digit number that is preceded and

        followed by a dash ("-"). For example, in the line

        18MDFG2334R93JC7-02010002765-100 Nodes

        "02010002765" is the serial number.



   NOTE:     The number on the box and the number displayed in the software

             may not match.

   LANDesk(R) Server Manager Pro



   The serial number is on the "Intel LANDesk(R) Workgroup Manager License

   Agreement" card, printed on a sticker at the bottompf the card. The

   format is 010000xxxxx. 

   The  serial number to be used for Intel Support Services for LANDesk(R)

   Virus Protect software can be found on the disks and packaging or

   through the software.



     For LANDesk Virus Protect v3.0

        the 11-digit serial number can be found on the 3.5" disk labeled

        "LICENSE DISK."  It is also on the TOP of the box on a white

        sticker.



     For LANDesk Virus Protect v2.13 and 2.1

        the 8-digit serial number can be found on the NLM/UTILS disk (disk

        #2). It is also on the BOTTOM of the box on a white sticker.



     For versions 3.0, 2.13 and 2.1

        the serial number can be displayed in the software two ways:



       -   Launch the SUPERVISOR UTILITY icon from within the LANDESK VIRUS

          PROTECT Group in Windows.



          This utility contains a listing of domains and file servers with

          their version of LDVP, number of pattern file, and serial number.

          The file servers are grouped into domains according to the

          customer's preference. The serial number is displayed to the far

          right of the file server name under the column titled "SERIAL

          NUMBER."



       OR



       -   If the LPROTECT.NLM is loaded, use the CTRL ESC key combination

          to scroll through the file server console screens. The serial



          number may be displayed from two different screens at the

          console.



           A. The serial number is listed on the screen titled "CURRENT

              SCREENS."



           B. The serial number is also displayed on the LANDesk Virus

              Protect menu by holding down the ALT key. The serial number

              appears at the top of the screen

     The serial number for LAN Protect v.1.x can be found:

        on diskette #2,

        or on the top of the software box it came in.

   The serial number to be used for Intel Support Services for the

   ProShare(TM) Conferencing TeamStation or TeamStation Pro systems can be

   found in two places:



     -  Affixed to the CPU packing carton and in the same location as all

        other manufacturer's labels.



     -  Affixed to the bottom of the CPU base unit.



   You will find the serial number printed on a white label that has a



   yellow stripe on the top and bottom of the label.  The serial number

   consists of 1 alphabetic character (usually "C" or "D") followed by 5

   digits (for example, "C26669").

   The 11-digit serial number to be used for Intel Support Services for

   ProShare software can be displayed by running the ProShare application

   as described below:



   To display the serial number:



     1. Run the ProShare software application.



     2. Click on "Help" on the menu bar.



     3. Select "About..." from the menu.



   The serial number is listed under the ProShare logo after the name and

   company name. 



   The Premier Edition serial numbers will start with  0032xxxxxxx  or 

   0034xxxxxxx The Standard Edition serial numbers will start with 

   0022xxxxxxx  or  0024xxxxxxx  The serial number is also printed on the

   box end on a white sticker under the UPC bar code.



   Note:     The Time-Out versions of Premier do not have a serial number. 

             The Time-Out versions are easily identified in the same Help,

             About... box where you would normally find the serial number.

   Boxed Product       The serial number can be found in the back of the

                       manual.  This includes Video System 200/150, and

                       Premiere upgrades.  When the software is loaded and

                       the serial number entered, it can then also be found

                       in the ProShare About Box.



   Installed from serveIf the product has been installed from a server at

                       the company, there will be one serial number for all

                       users, found in the ProShare  About Box.  It can

                       also be found in the SERIAL.BIN file directory .



   Downloaded from WWW The serial number is generated and put in a

                       SERIAL.BIN file. Download it with the program files.

                        The serial number can then be found in the ProShare

                       About Box.



   Premiere Free Upgrade    There is no manual or diskette provided, only a

                       CD-ROM.  The serial number will be on a white

                       sticker on the CD-ROM case.  After installation, it

                       can also be found in ProShare About Box.

   1.X versions of ProShare Video System software:



   The serial number used for Intel Support Services is the serial number

   of the ProShare camera.  The serial number is located on the underside

   of the camera.

   Example:  The label on the underside of the ProShare camera has the

   following:



   INTEL P/N  615175-002

   SERIAL NO.  2003325

   MADE IN JAPAN



   The serial number in this case is 2003325



   2.X versions of ProShare Video System software:

   If the software is installed...

   1.  Open the Diagnostics & Utilities applet in the ProShare Conferencing

   program group.

   2.  Choose Help from the menu.

   3.  Select "About ProShare Conferencing..."

   4.  The serial number will be displayed under the users name in the

   upper right corner.



   If the software is not installed yet...

   1.  The back of the User's Guide will have several stickers with the

   serial number printed on them.

   The serial number to be used for Intel Support Services for the

   RemoteExpress ISDN LAN Adapter or ISDN Bridge Pack product can be viewed

   through the software.



     1. From MS-DOS, start the board setup utility RXSETUP and select "OK."



     2. Select "Configuration Management."



     3. Select "RemoteExpress Board Setup."



     4. If you have the RemoteExpress ISDN LAN Adapter and not the Bridge

        Pack, skip to step 5.



        A RemoteExpress bridge may contain 1, 2 or 3 ISDN boards.  In such

        cases, the next menu to be seen will be the "RemoteExpress Board

        Choice Menu."  Select either "Board 1 Setup," "Board 2 Setup," or

        "Board 3 Setup" as appropriate.



     5. At the bottom of the RemoteExpress Board Setup menu, select "View

        EEPROM."



     6. In the RemoteExpress Board EEPROM display, the serial number will

        appear similar to:



         "Serial Number:  614412-00632443014407".



        The serial number is the last 11 digits.  In this example, the

        serial number is "32443014407".



   You can also find the serial number under the UPC on lower right hand

   corner of the box-end white sticker or on a white sticker on the bottom

   edge of the board next to "PBA."  The number on the sticker will look

   something like this:  "614412-006  32443014407".  In this example,

   "32443014407" is the serial number.

   The serial number to be used for Intel Support Services for

   StorageExpress systems can be found on the units.



     On the StorageExpress II system,

         the product code and serial number label is located at the front

        of the unit on the underside of the top fascia.



     On other StorageExpress systems,

         the product code and serial number label is located on the back of

        the unit.

   The 11-digit serial number is on a gray bar code sticker labeled

   "ES100TX" and located on the back of the unit.  There are no alpha

   characters. 



   The format is:  "Unit S/N     00xxxxxxxxx".

   EC100TX serial number location



   The 11-digit serial number (SN) and top assembly (TA) number for the

   Express 100BASE-TX Hub is on a yellow bar code sticker located on the

   Intel label on the bottom of the Hub. 



   Example:

   Note: The serial number and top assembly number used on the first 200

   Hubs manufactured in 12/95 does not match the serial number and top

   assembly number that is printed on the label on the box that the Hub is

   shipped in. The serial number on this package label will only be a 6

   digit number (example: Serial # 100063 and TA#645358-1 ).
