Specify options for sharing objects with other applications.

Collage /
Single Files

Multiple images may be exported as a single graphic file in their current layout (a collage), or as individual image files.
Note: Available only if exporting from Page Editor or Layout.

Roll-Over Pictures

When exporting images from a page, they will be either shown with rollover mode on or off, based on the current setting on the Tool Bar.
Choose this option to export both versions of an image.
Note: Available only if exporting from Page Editor or Layout.

Include Image Views

A page may contain thumbnail images which link to image views with larger or full-size versions of that image. Choose this option to include the image versions from all image view pages.
Note: Available only if exporting from Page Editor or Layout.

Image Size

For large images, choose the maximum dimensions that the image should be scaled down to. You may also opt to export the picture in its full size.

Note: Available only if exporting from Image Archive.

Format

Choose a file type supported by your other applications.
Text elements may be exported either to a graphics file or in a number of text formats.

Image Quality

Choose a quality setting that delivers an acceptable file size and quality.

With Transparency

Select this setting to maintain the transparency information with the images.
Note: This option is not available for all file formats.

File Name

Enter a file name to help you identify the exported file. StudioLine will add a sequence number to the name, if more than one file needs to be created.

A file name of “*” will instruct StudioLine to derive a file name from the name of each image.

Note: Do not enter a path or a file type. The path is determined by the current folder in the StudioLine Explorer, the file type is determined by the chosen Format.
