The Sentinel Web Page Templates use XML and CSS to bind and display data in the HTML template files. XML and CSS are browser based technologies as is HTML so you can view the templates with or without a web server. We used this combination of technology standards to provide you the opportunity to customize the templates to use your own style sheets, graphics, colors, and format. Internet Explorer 5.x or higher is required to view the templates. However if you take the time to learn HTML and CSS you may be able to make the web pages compatible with additional browsers.
