Jumping Training Session
Jumpers Get First Look at Competition Ring
Competitors in the jumping competition got their first chance to jump their horses in the main competition arena at the Georgia International Horse Park on Thursday. A sample course was set up, and all competitors were given the opportunity to ride an informal, unofficial round in front of a few thousand fans who came to the stadium following the three day individual endurance competition. Heavy storms in Conyers, Georgia, forced the training session to be shortened. Jumping competition is scheduled to begin with the first qualifier on 29 July at 8:30.
