What is MailStudio?

MailStudio is a web based e-mail system designed for anyone. With MailStudio, users don't need to know technical terminologies like POP & SMTP servers, and how to use Eudora, Netscape Messenger, or MS Outlook Express to be able to use e-mails.

Anyone as well as children only need to know mail server's address, ID, and password to use MailStudio. No additional settings are required for MailStudio. How can I check my e-mail messages came to work ID from MailStudio?

You can do that by using MailStudio's "External Mail" function. Go to MailStudio's "External Mail" under the "Options". Setup your other mail account under the "External Mail" menu by entering POP server name, ID, and password. Then, MailStudio automatically connects to the POP server and retrieves new messages.
Managing multiple external mail accounts is also possible on MailStudio.

Can I use MailStudio on any internet browser?

Yes, you can use MailStudio on any internet browser. MailStudio is programmed with standard HTML code, and consists of menu with Java Script. This is why MailStudio can be used on any OS, and you can use MailStudio on any web browser.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You can ask system administrator. He/She will confirm the password with your registration card, and inform you after your identification is comfirmed

Can I send or receive a message with attached files?

Of course you can. You will have no problem of sending or downloading attached files, but the system administrator can limit the size of attached files.
