On-line HTML
Message Composer: |
Enables to compose multimedia mail with
easy HTML code. Also, a message composed in HTML editor can be copied and pasted into the
Message. Then, select the Type as HTML and click the Send to deliver the message. This
function is only available on MailStudio.

Address Book:  |
Enables to select multiple
recipients at once from the Address Book. You can bring up the Address Book through check
box for quick address input. |

To: |
Requires entering mail
recipient's address. Multiple recipients can be entered using comma (,) or semi-colon (;)
after each address. |

Cc (Carbon
Copy): |
If you want to send a message
as a reference to certain people, enter their e-mail addresses. |

Bcc (Blind
Carbon Copy): |
Works the same as Cc, but can
not see other recipients' addresses. |

Subject: |
Enters a subject of a
message. |
 |
Type: |
Either TEXT or HTML can be
chosen. If a message is composed with tool buttons below the Subject, the Type will
automatically choose one. Also, you have to choose HTML if you want to send HTML code
copied from another source, and want your recipient to view it as HTML mail. |

Priority: |
Indicates importance of the
message. Recipient's mail program should also have the same function for correct display. |

Tool buttons: |
Enables to compose simple
HTML mail with the buttons of Font, Letter size, Bold, Italic, Under line, Link, and etc.
Then, HTML source will be displayed in the Message. |

Message: |
TEXT or HTML TAG can be used
for composing message. |

Add Signature: |
Attaches signature
automatically at the end of a message. |

Signature: |
Edits and saves signature. |

Save Sent
Message: |
Saves sent messages. |

Attachment: |
Type in the number of files
to be attached. Multiple text/binary files can be attached to a mail. |

Send: |
Delivers the message after
confirming recipient and subject. |

Preview: |
Displays composed message.
You can view how your message can be displayed when you use HTML tags. |
