point.gif (264 bytes) Messages on Server:
Its default setup is on "Only New Messages" and "Delete" to retrieve only new messages and delete after retrieving them. If users use both POP (Eudora, Outlook Express¡¦) and web based mail, users must select "Save" to be able to retrieve messages from both sides. Also users must select "save messages in server" in Eudora or Outlook Express. If users select "Save", it will pile up messages and cause message send/retrieve problems. Due to these reasons, if users do not want to delete messages right away, they must select both "save messages in server" and "delete messages in 5 days" in Eudora, Outlook Express or other POP mail programs.
