Notes:
Local Call Access: As a rule of thumb, if you can call the location of the POP (if the POP has a slash (/) in its name, the actual location is the name after the slash) for the price of a local call, you will be able to connect to our POP for the price of a local call. If you are unsure, you can check Telstra's "Cost of Telephone Calls" service on 012 (no charge).

BETA: The POP is undergoing final testing before being announced "live". You can use the POP, however its availability or performance may not be perfect yet.

POP: Point of Presence. A term which describes the communications equipment which allows you to connect to Telstra Big Pond Home's network and the Internet.

Speed of Access: While Telstra Big Pond Home recommends use of high speed modems to access POPs, it must be recognised that connection speed may be limited by the capabilities of your phone connection.

All Access Points (except those marked X2) are K56Flex enabled but can still can be accessed by standard modems as well as K56Flex modems.
