Name: Howard Graves
Eye Color: Brown
Hair Color: Brown
Sex: Male

History: When the Pentagon cancelled its contracts with his small defense parts company, Graves was desperate to keep his business afloat. His partner, Robert Dorlund, in reaction, brought in several illegal contracts with Middle-Eastern groups, in particular the Isfahan. Graves agreed but later had extreme regret after hearing that this same group was guilty of the deaths of several American sailors. Sensing Graves's new feelings on the matter and his intention to end the arrangement, Dorlund had Graves killed, covering it as a suicide. According to Laura Kyte, Graves's secretary with whom he had been very close in life, Graves's spirit lived on after the grave. She claimed Graves protected her from Dorlund and his henchmen. Kyte led the FBI to information which was instrumental to Dorlund's conviction of illegal trafficking of arms and the murder of Graves.
