The result of converting the Int32 value to a string.
The ToString methods returns the base 10 representation of the number with no extra padding.
If i is negative, the first character in the string returned is a negative sign character ('-'). No sign character is returned if the number is non-negative. The rest of the string returned is made up of characters representing the magnitude of i.
Leading zero characters ('0') are not prepended to the returned string.
The following characters are used as digits: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9.
The output from ToString should be consumable by FromString.
