Remarks

The ToString method converts a specified Int16 to a String in base 10 with no extra padding.

If i is negative, the first character in the string returned will be '-'. No sign character is returned if the number is non-negative. The rest of the string returned is made up of characters representing the magnitude of i.

The following characters are used as digits: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, or9.

No leading zero characters ('0') are prepended to the returned string.

The output from ToString should be consumable by FromString.
