IUIActivationService Methods

The methods of the IUIActivationService interface are listed below. For a complete list of IUIActivationService interface members, see the IUIActivationService Members topic.

DeactivateUIActive Transitions any currently UI active designer from UI active mode to normal selected or unselected mode, as appropriate.
RequestUIActivate Requests that a designer be placed into UI active design mode. A designer can be placed into UI active mode only if the associated component is the only item selected. This method should be called by the designer.

Event Hookup:

AddOnUIActivated Adds a Delegate that will be invoked when a component has been set to UI active state. On invocation, the UIActivationStateEventArgs.component variable holds a reference to the component that has been transitioned.
AddOnUIDeactivated Adds a Delegate that will be invoked when a component has been moved out of UI active state. On invocation, the UIActivationStateEventArgs.component variable holds a reference to the component that has been transitioned.
RemoveOnUIActivated Removes a Delegate that will be invoked when a component has been sent to UI active state. On invocation, the UIActivationStateEventArgs.component variable holds a reference to the component that has been transitioned.
RemoveOnUIDeactivated Removes a Delegate that will be invoked when a component has been moved out of UI active state. On invocation, the UIActivationStateEventArgs.component variable holds a reference to the component that has been transitioned.
