ResourceManager Members
Public:
Constructor
Properties
BaseName |
This read-only property returns the base name for the ResourceManager. |
ResourceSetType |
This read-only property returns the Type of the ResourceSet the ResourceManager uses to construct a ResourceSet object. |
Methods
Equals (inherited from Object) |
Determines whether the specified Object is the same instance as the current Object. Subclasses are expected to override this method to support value equality (not reference equality). |
GetHashCode (inherited from Object) |
Serves as a hash function for a particular type, suitable for use in hashing algorithms and data structures like a hash table. |
GetObject |
Overloaded. Gets the value of the specified resource. |
GetResourceSet |
Gets the specified ResourceSet. |
GetString |
Overloaded. Gets the value of the specified resource. |
GetType (inherited from Object) |
Gets the Type of the Object. |
ReleaseAllResources |
Tells the ResourceManager to call Close on all ResourceSet objects and release all resources. This will shrink the working set in a running application. Any future resource lookups on this ResourceManager will be as expensive as the first lookup, since it will need to search and load resources again.
This may be useful in some complex threading scenarios, where creating a new ResourceManager is not quite the correct behavior.
|
ToString (inherited from Object) |
Returns a String that represents the current Object. |
Fields
MagicNumber |
Holds the number used to identify resource files. The value is set to 0xBEEFCACE. The first four bytes of the system default file format contain a 32-bit signed integer in little-endian format (see the TBD). |

Constructor
Methods
Finalize (inherited from Object) |
Allows an Object to attempt to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before the Object is reclaimed by the Garbage Collector (GC). This method may be ignored by the runtime; therefore, necessary cleanup operations should be done elsewhere. |
GetResourceFileName |
[To be supplied.] |
InternalGetResourceSet |
[To be supplied.] |
MemberwiseClone (inherited from Object) |
Creates a shallow copy of the current Object. |
