This read/write property returns and sets the "friendly name" of the assembly. It is expected that Name is a short name, that is a valid language identifier, and Title then provides a friendly name, that could include spaces, etc. For example, Name = "comdlg", Title = "Microsoft Common Dialog Control". It is not expected that the title would include the version.
