Adds an event handler for the "beforeLabelEdit" event notification. The beforeLabelEdit event is fired when the user attempts to begin changing the text of an item in the ListView. The event handler can cancel this event, in which case the user won't be allowed to edit the text. This event can be used to prevent the user from editing specific items in the ListView. If the labelEdit property of the ListView is false, this event will not be fired, and all user attempts to edit item labels will be automatically rejected.
