The GetAllDateTimes method contains:
The strings returned are properly formatted date and time strings for the current instance of DateTime. (See CurrentCulture for addition information on cultures.)
The format parameter calls the default characters ('F', 'G', 'D', etc.) at the top of the DateTimeFormatInfo.
The isop parameter provides the IServiceObjectProvider instance, which provides the DateTimeFormatInfo instance.
Returns a String array containing all of the known date and time options formatted for the specified format and culture.
