You have access to INTERNET :

  • First check with your dealer if he has the possibility to directly exchange your product.
  • Fill the RMA form from the Pinnacle Systems website (Support section and select For a Hardware Problem).
  • You will get by email the RMA number and the procedure to follow to send your product back.
  • Shipping cost is at the customer's charge. Pinnacle will pay the return shipping cost.
  • Please join a letter to your shipment, with your full address, including a copy of your invoice, your warranty card and a full description of the problem.

In case of problem, please contact our General Repair Service

 

You do not have access to INTERNET :

  • First check with your dealer if he has the possibility to directly exchange your product.
  • Please contact your dealer or our helpdesk to get an RMA.

 

   

Important

  • To save time to get a product exchange, we recommend you to fill the RMA form from the Support section of our Web site http://www.pinnaclesys.com (select For a Hardware Problem).
  • Please only return the board (or the box). Don't send packaging, CD-ROM, manuals or accessories etc... . Packaging and accessories will not be returned.
  • Pinnacle will not make warranty on the return products, except to the board (or box).
  • If the cable is also defective, please include it in your shipment, with a mention on your letter.
  • Pinnacle will directly ship an equivalent product after receipt of the product, without packaging.
  • Please keep the shipment document of your new product. It will act as warranty.
