- Fill the RMA form
from the Pinnacle Systems website
(Support section and select For a Hardware Problem).
- You will get by
email the RMA number and the procedure to follow to send your product
back.
- Shipping cost is
at the customer's charge. Pinnacle will pay the return shipping cost.
- Please join a
letter to your shipment, with your full address, including a copy of
your invoice, your warranty card and a full description of the problem.
