Pinnacle Systems grants a warranty

  • Pinnacle Systems grants a warranty against defects in material and workmanship on the hardware.
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
  • The warranty claim will also lapse in as far as Pinnacle Systems established that the defect in the hardware is due to incorrect installation or misuse or results from repair or alteration not performed by Pinnacle Systems.
  • The warranty enters into effect on the date on which the product is purchased. Proof of date of purchase is to be evidenced by the sales receipt which must bear dealer's company stamp.
  • Pinnacle Systems will repair, or at its own discretion replace, established defects of hardware products free of charge. This requires that the defective product is sent in, freight paid, through the responsible dealer of the Pinnacle Systems Service Partner prior to the expiration of warranty.
  • The customer is required to bear the cost of inspection and repair if it emerges during Pinnacle System's inspection that the warranty claim does not apply to a defect covered under warranty or that the warranty has expired.
  • Pinnacle Systems assumes no further liability within the scope of this warranty and is not responsible for damages or for loss of sales or profit which arise from usage or breakdown of the hardware product.
