Installation

Windows

1.       Navigate to folder where you uncompressed the zip file

  1.  (Optional)Navigate to folder Free Icons and Install the icons by double-clicking on the appropriate file
  2. (Optional) Importing the Agendus Quotes file or making your own. The Quote of the Day feature needs a memo in the memopad with the name AgendusQuotes that is formatted in the following way <quote number> "<quote>" "<attributed to>" a sample file of quotes in this format AgendusQuotes.txt is provided. This can be imported into Agendus for Windows, Palm Desktop or Outlook then hotsynced to the Palm. This will show up on your Palm in the memo pad. As long as the first line of the memo is AgendusQuotes and in the Today view you have enabled quote of the day by tapping on the Show Options button in the toolbar and checking the box next to Quote of the Day, you'll see this quote at the bottom of the today view. You can also install the western.pdb font which will enable the quote to appear in italics.
  3. Click "Done" and then Hotsync your Palm
    After synchronization, tap on the Application Picker. The Application Picker is the silk screened button containing a house icon to the immediate left of the graffiti writing area. The Agendus icon will probably be the first icon on the screen that now appears. Tap the Agendus icon to open it.

Note: When you first install Agendus, you will be able to run it for three days without a permanent license or demo license. Mac

  1. If you downloaded the software from the iambic Software website, unstuff the Agendus file using your stuffit compression software. Next, open HotSync Manager on your Mac and select Install from the HotSync Menu.
  2. Locate the Agendus file (Agendus.prc) using the Add to List button. Once you locate Agendus.prc., select Open, then Add File.

 

  1. Set your Palm in the cradle and press the HotSync button.
  2. (Optional) Importing the Agendus Quotes file or making your own.   3. Synchronize your Palm Computing connected organizer. After synchronizing your handheld device, tap the Application Picker. You should see the Agendus icon in alphabetical order with the other Palm applications. Tap the Agendus icon to open it.

Entering the Agendus License

To enter the Agendus demo or unlock code, tap the Palm device menu silkscreen button (round icon at the bottom left of the Palm device, next to the graffiti writing area).  From the menu bar that appears select Options | About Agendus and tap the "Purchasing" button.  In the "How Do I Purchase" screen,  tap the "Enter Code" button and enter your code.
