About the data transfer using a beam


The procedure of transmitting holiday data with a beam is explained.
The MakeSpot needs to be installed in both transmission side and reception side in order to transmit with a beam.

1. "Preferences" is chosen from a menu. (Reception side)

2. It checks that "Infrared rays/Bluetooth are received" is checked and "OK" is pushed.(Reception side)


3. Choose the following item from a menu on a main screen.(Transmission side)
      -In the case of infrared rays    "Beam Spotdata"
      -In the case of Bluetooth        "Send Spotdata"
    When Bluetooth cannot be used, the item of "Send Spotdata" is not displayed.


4. "Send" is pushed after setting up the conditions of transmission on the shown screen.(Transmission side)

All data:The data of all years is transmitted.
(Priority is given over other items.)

Color code trance:The code of a color is transmitted.

Color name trance:Explanation of a color is transmitted.

Specification range:The range of the months of data which transmits is specified.

5. Registration check of change data.(Reception side)
When the reception side is editing data by MakeSpot, the message of whether to register the change till then is displayed.

A message is not displayed while MakeSpot is not working.

6. "Store" is pushed after checking receiving conditions on the screen displayed.(Reception side)

Color code trance: It checks, when the code of a color is received.
If a check is removed, the code of a color which received will not be reflected in holiday data.
A check box is not displayed when the code of a color is not received.

Color name trance: It checks, when explanation of a color is received.
If a check is removed, explanation of the received color will not be reflected in holiday data.
A check box is not displayed when explanation of a color is not received.

    When there are more colors of a transmission side than the reception side, the number of the colors by reception side is changed into the number of a transmission side.
