treeline The World Wide Fund for Nature in the Netherlands (WNF), an independent organization operating worldwide, has been actively and successfully involved in protecting endangered animals, plants and their habitats since 1961.

WWF Netherlands is part of the international World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), which comprises 28 national organizations with offices in more than 70 countries. WWF Netherlands has 725,000 contributors, including nearly 50,000 Rangers (young contributors). It has an annual income of 68 million guilders.

Projects

Bet ween July 1994 and July 1995, WWF International spent more than 285 million guilders on more than 600 projects in over 70 countries. WWF Netherlands contributed nearly 42 million guilders to this.
