Event Details: The Gathering of the Tribes has been held every year from 1977 till the present. Every year we have speakers from all over the world and the US. This year we will again host Seldiy Bate and Nigel Bourne from London England who are not only initiated in both Gardnerian and Alexandrian traditions of Wicca, but also together (with their daughter Madeline) are known as "ESBAT" well known recording stars in Great Britain. They, together with "Velvet Hammer" and Kenny Klein were star attractions at The Gathering of The Tribes 97 held at fairy Glen Farm. Event Details: The Renaissance Festival is an educational as well as celebrational annual event in Houston in which local volunteers dress up in mideival-style clothing to create an aire of gothism. There are mystics, psychics, jugglers, and even belly-dancers (my friend is one of them!). It is a good time for everyone, and, yes, you can bring the children. Rain or shine. Consessions stands are available. The Festival runs for about two months.
