Game Instructions / How to Play

Overview
Fitz is a bipedal wolf-like creature who loves to collect precious gems. In the hope of finding more exotic specimens, Fitz went in search of an ancient lost city, since everyone knows that ancient lost cities are the best places to find gems.

As luck would have it, he found one without too much trouble. The city has many rooms with gems inside, but the gems are usually tricky to reach. Fitz really wants these gems. All the keys in each room must be collected before Fitz can open the door to the next room.

The rooms are a bit tricky for Fitz to figure out, since Fitz isn't the brightest of creatures. Despite the influence of television and computer games, there's still a fair chance that you are smarter than Fitz.

Moving Fitz
Your task is to guide Fitz through the rooms to collect all the keys and reach the exit safely. Use the arrow keys to move Fitz around.

Restarting
You can restart a level at any time just by pressing the "R" key. This is handy if you get stuck or if you did something really dumb. If Fitz dies, just press "R" or the spacebar to restart the level.

Game Speed
While playing the game, you can adjust the speed at any time just by pressing the "+" or "-" keys on the numeric keypad.

Level Solutions
In the full version of the game only, you can type "solveit" to be shown the complete solution to any level you're playing. Use this feature as a last resort only. The fun of the game is in figuring out the puzzles for yourself.
