Changing the program that starts when you open a file

By default, when you double-click on a HTML file in My Computer or Windows Explorer, that file is loaded into your browser. You can open it directly into Constructor 99 by right-clicking on it and selecting Open in Constructor 99. Similarly, when you double-click on a site file or style sheet it opens it in Constructor 99. You can change these by opening either My Computer or Windows Explorer, going to the View | Options or View | Folder Options menu item. Go to the File Types tab in this options box and scroll down this list until you find the file type you want to change. Select the file type and click on Properties. Select the Open action in this list and click on Open. From here you can change the program which opens by default. Type in the file name of the program you want to run, followed by "%1" (the space before the first quote is important).
