About this Freeware Version

This freeware version of Sophax will not expire, and does not display any advertising banners. In fact it is fully functional. It does, however, add a tagline to the bottom of any messages you send informing people that you are using the freeware version of this software, and also randomly displays (a 1 in 5 chance) a registration message when exiting the program.

If you feel this freeware version offers all the functionality you need, then you have no need to register!

About the Registered Version

The registered version of Sophax offers you several powerful additional functions and features over this freeware version, including:

• Built in spell-checking, with 'spell as you type' capability.
• You can store an unlimited number of filters (Freeware version only supports 5)
• You can subscribe to an unlimited number of news servers (Freeware version supports 2)
• The tag line added to the bottom of your posted messages is removed.
• You can save an unlimited number of views (Freeware version supports 5)
• The random 'please register' message when you exit the program is removed.
