Saving document templates
Once you set up the drawing, you can begin working, or you can create
a document template to preserve the settings you have established.
To create a document template:
1. After establishing the document settings that you want to save,
choose the Save As command in the File menu.
2. In the directory dialog box, be sure to select the DenebaCAD
file format. Type a name for the document and click Save to store the document
on disk.
Once you save the document, you can use the Finder's Get Info command
to make the saved document a stationary pad. When you open a DenebaCAD document
that is a stationary pad, it opens as an untitled document. This prevents
you from overwriting the template document.
3. Select the document's icon and choose Get Info in the File
menu in the Finder. The Get Info dialog box opens.
4. Select the Stationary pad check box and then click the Close
box to close the Get Info dialog box. |
