EGSA2410Driver

The EGS Driver for the A2410 U.Lowell Tiga graphics card !

The EGSA2410Driver is a driver for the Enhanced Graphics System. Using the EGSWB program makes it possible to run intuition on any A2410 Tiga board. It includes a comfortable Installer script. Just start the Installer and follow the instructions. After you have installed the Driver you should get some more screenmodes in your ScreenMode utility.

Since Version 1.0 the EGSA2410Driver is sharewhere, which means it is not free any more. It costs US$20,- (ATS 200,- DM 30,-) inside of Europe and US$ 25,- (ATS 250,- DM 35,-) outside Europe.
The registration is done with a key file concept. After I get your registration I will send you a disk with your private key.library. This makes it easy for me to update future releases via internet/ftp.
Please register to keep my work alive !

If you are connected to the internet you can get the latest Version of the Driver here.

To run the driver the EGSA2410Prefs program must make some default configurations first. It requires MUI or runs on native EGS. Please make sure you have EGS up and running if you have not installed MUI and before you install the Driver ! The installer starts up the Prefs program which runs either on the WB using MUI or on a native EGS Screen (Can be choosen from the Installer) !

Important
Please add the line "Wait 4 secs" to your 'devs:monitors/EGS' file ! This makes sure the driver is up and running when EGSWB is executed (timing is for my 25 MHz A3000. It could be less on faster machines, I guess...).

MUI can be found on every aminet site like mui23usr.lha (~300 KB) on ftp.luth.se.
