The layout options may be controlled with the files tpl1.html, tpl2.html and createhtml.frx. The files tpl1.html and tpl2.html are written at the start or at the end, resp., of each html file created by the mailing list database. This way, you can define headlines, navigation bars, etc. createhtml.frx contains settings for font colors, mailing list name, etc.
