Legal Notes

   

The following notes apply to the contents of the Amiga Forever package. These Legal Notes are an addendum to the Cloanto End User License Agreement (EULA) which is included with Amiga Forever and which has to be approved before installation or use. For additional information, please refer to the EULA and to the individual items which are included in the Amiga Forever distribution.

The original archives of most third-party contributions are stored in the "Archives" directory at the root of the Amiga Forever CD. Other items are linked to directly from this documentation. Additional information may also be released on the Amiga Forever Home Page.

Some items in Amiga Forever are licensed under terms (e.g. GNU GPL) which require that their source code be made available. Source code of WinUAE, WinFellow, gzip, zlib and SDL and other packages is included on the Amiga Forever CD and is available as a free optional download to all users of the Online Edition.

The Amiga Forever KX Light bootable host environment is based in part on Klaus Knopper's free Knoppix Debian GNU/Linux distribution, which is provided free of charge and without support from knopper.net.
