Description
The rotating ad banner scriptlet allows developers to program and place a fully functional and visually appealing advertising tool anywhere on their web page. Scriptable properties include border width, style, and color, and source for three images.

Browser/Platform Compatibility
Scriptlets may be used on any platform using Internet Explorer 4.0, including Windows 95/NT, 3.1, Macintosh, and UNIX.

Usage
Two publicly defined functions set properties in this scriptlet. The parent container (this page) calls a scriptlet function, passing arguments, from in which the scriptlet's properties are set.
