go loop
Syntax
go loop
Description
Command; sends the playback head to the previous marker in the movie, either one marker back from the current frame if the current frame does not have a marker, or to the current frame if the current frame has a marker.
Note: This command is equivalent to marker(0) in previous versions of Director.
If no markers are to the left of the playback head, the playback head branches to:
![]() |
The next marker to the right if the current frame does not have a marker. |
![]() |
The current frame if the current frame has a marker. |
![]() |
Frame 1 if the movie contains no markers. |
The go loop
command is equivalent to the statement go to the marker(0)
used in earlier versions of Lingo.
Example
This statement causes the movie to loop between the current frame and the previous marker:
go loop
