There are three independent programmable alarms in the maCLOCK.
To set an alarm tap alarm set button at the bootom of the main screen.
- First of all set alarm time in the settings dialog (Figure 4a.)
Tap on any digit and use the up or down arrow (pgUp or pgDown hardware buttons) to increase or decrease the number.
The alarm times are relative to local time (home time).
To toggle beetween "AM" and "PM" tap on "AM/PM" indicator.
Tap on "ON" button to enable alarm, "OFF" to disable.
You can select any weekdays for the alarm.
- Text. Change the text field to information that will be displayed in the alarm window. Look at Figure 4b.
- Sound. Select preffered alarm sound from the list (Figure 4b.).
Tap on "TEST" button to hear selected alarm.
- Rings. Select the number alarm sound will repeat.
Available vaules are: 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60 times.
- Pause. Select the pause between the rings of alarm sound.
Available values are: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 seconds.
- Functions. MaCLOCK alarms have three functions:
- "LIGHT" - The backligh automatically turned on when alarm is triggered.
- "LOCK" - The Palm organizer is locked at alarm time. If you use this option do not forget to set password in the security application.
- "OFF" - The device is turned off at alarm time.
- Alarm Window. At the alarm time the alarm sound will be played, then window with three buttons will appear on the screen (Figure N: 4c.).
Press one of the following button:
- "SNOOZE" - To close alarm window and set new alarm depending on the snooze time.
- "Ok!" - close alarm window.
- "OFF" - To turn Palm handheld off.
