How Can MultiTask Save Me Time?
MultiTask gives you the ease of using the built-in "To do" application, and adds time-saving functions to create a project-oriented program. Projects are comprised of more than one related "To do" item and some projects may require you to schedule many "To do" items. For example: John works for a consulting firm and arranges client meetings. Each time he arranges client meetings he has five things he must do: he must call two weeks in advance to schedule the meeting, call five days in advance to confirm the meeting, reserve a meeting room three days before the meeting, attend the meeting, and make a courtesy call two days after the meeting.
Under the old "To do" system, John would do the following:

Step1:
Go to the To Do List.

Step2:
Tap the New button for a new To Do item.

Step 3:
Name the To Do.

Step 4:
Open the Details dialog.

Step 5:
Fill out all the Details for the To Do item.

Steps 6 through 22:
Repeat Steps 2-5 for additional To Dos that need to be entered!

Remember that chart? You have 16 unecessary steps to perform each time you want to log a five item project. With the To Do application, projects require a great deal of work to track and enter into the Palm Connected Organizer. Now imagine how tedious it would be to enter this information each time John needed to schedule this project. What if he had to schedule five in one day? That would mean John has to make 80 unnecessary entries. How would he keep track of which To Do items are with which projects? Likely he wouldn't use the To Do list at all, and he would have to turn to a desktop or laptop computer for these sorts of demands. With MultiTask, however, John can make the  process efficient:

Step 1:
Go to MultiTask.

Step 2:
Tap the Menu button and select New Project.

Step 3:
Choose a project template.

Step 4:
Select a project due date.

Step 5:
Enter a Client name and tag and then Post.

Step 6:
Done!

Not only does MultiTask remove the need for making repetitive To Do entries, but it also organizes To Do items by project, so that you can see how far along on each project you are, or on all projects at once. You can still enter To Do items as in the To Do list, but now you can enter them under a particular project, or as a general To Do item.
