The organization field is used to define the highest level or "root" of a business/entity (i.e. us-asp Corp.). If you are a IT administrator for a company you generally would have only on organization defined. If you were a consultant for several companies you would define each company under a separate organization. | |
Selection Form |

After executing IT-trac the first form that appears is the organization Selection Form, this form allows you to select or add organizations from the IT-trac database. |

The Organization Info form is used to track general organization information. This is similar to the basic address form used in the Standard Palm address book. The information that is displayed the Organization info screen is derived from the Primary Site drop down menu. It is assumed the primary contact would still exist at a particular site so the information is pre-filled so you do not have to enter it in twice. The notes field in the Organization Info screen is unique and can be edited to record general information about the organization. |
