BottleMail Help --Sending out a Bottle

When you click on the sketchbook, several tools come flying out of the treasure box. We will explain, starting from the bottle at the top right.

* Ordinary Bottle
If you click on this Bottle after you have drawn a message in your sketchbook using the drawing tools described below, your message will be thrown into the sea.

You don't know when or where, but your Bottle will wash up onto someone's beach.

* Tagged Bottle
There is another bottle under the ordinary Bottle. It has what looks like a luggage tag attached to it. Can you see it?

The difference from the ordinary Bottle is, the person can reply directly back to you. If they do, then, you can send another re-reply message directly to them.

So, you can communicate personally with someone you have never met without typing in any email address!
If you want an answer from someone, use this tagged bottle when you throw your message into the sea!

* Mr. Justin
This is a round, yellow, odd-looking character. If you make a mistake, click on him to cancel out your last step.

* Garbage can
Click on this when you want to rip one page out of your sketchbook and throw it away.

* Color Ball
Clicking on the color ball lets you select a color from whatever paint tool you are using.

* Crayon
Use this to write a message in your sketchbook.
* Paint bucket
This fills up of the selected area in the sketchbook with the color.
* Keyboard
Click on this icon when you want to type in messages from your keyboard.
* URL stamp
Clicking on URL stamp will start up one's browser. If you want to register your URL on your message, place a stamp for displaying into your sketchbook.
* Eraser
This is an eraser. Use it to erase in your sketchbook.

* Scissors
Use these when you want to cut out one part of the picture and move it to another place in your sketchbook.

When you finish writing, click on one of the Bottles and throw the Bottle into the sea.

After you throw it into the sea, it will drift around for a while; then, it will float away toward the distant horizon!

When the Bottle is drifting around, it means that your computer is exchanging data with our server. When it floats away, it means that you has completed a correct transmission to our server.

Bottles which you have thrown into the sea while you were offline are saved in the outbox folder for transmission at the next time you are online.
