  Hexen Windows 95 theme by Jeff Buckland -- you don't need MSPlus to install
  this, since it has Desktop Themes, a shareware program, included which will
  install this theme without MSPlus.  Unzip this file, with directories, into
  your Themes directory (usually C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes).  Please send
  all of your comments, criticism, praise, flames etc. to upaboveit@tamu.edu.
