His site has been down for months,
and there have been no recent updates.
 
Since VCDHelp.us has the #1 ranked and #1
rated SmartPAR tutorials, we've become the 
new "unofficial home" of SmartPAR.
 
Make a directory, and unzip. No other installation needed.
To uninstall, simply delete the file.
