Unzip this file into the directory you want to run IRC/2 from, and run the
'INSTALL' file which will be created.  It will expand the internal zip
files based on your drive type, FAT or HPFS.  Additionally, you will be 
left in the 'ircsetup' program, where you can modify your personal settings
from either the default values, or those you used before.
 
'INSTALL' will remove everything from the 'help', 'script', 'docs', and 
'translation' directories, so please ensure that you have no personal files
in any of those directories.
