The files included in this .ZIP file should be put on a bootable
DOS diskette. Once this is done, reboot off the bootable diskette.
During the reboot several UNKnnnn.??? files will be created.
(nnnn being the CRC of the BIOS.) ZIP these files to UNKnnnn.ZIP, and
upload this .ZIP to the Qualitas FTP site at
 
ftp://ftp.qualitas.com/pub/incoming
 
and then send a message to tech@qualitas.com.
