File Comment VERY large city for SimCity 2000. This city fills the whole county, and has a population of around 5-8 million, and cities surrounding are even larger. Oh, there's only a little over $110 billion to work with, but somehow, when I hacked it, not only did I get $150 bil in cash, but the year is getting close to 10000 BC.
