Somar ACTS is a program for Windows NT and
Windows 95 that allows you to set the
internal clock of your computer with
accurracy of about a second, using either the
National Institute of Standards and Technolog
(NIST) or United States Naval Observatory
(USNO) time source. It dials the time source
with a modem, receives the current time, and
uses that time to set your computer's time.
