File Comment MailTo v1.0 is the solution for Win95 users that are having problems getting there favorite e-mail program to work with their web browser. By making a slight alteration to the registry you can now cause MS Explorer to run MailTo: when clicking on a mailto link while viewing a html document thus eliminating the need to install the MS e-mail client or exchange.
