  8. A:  Use Librarian to set up your targets in the way that you want to share with everyone on the system.  Quit Librarian.  This will write out your targets file.\

  10. Copy your new version (~/.NeXT/targets/Targets1.0) to the master (/NextApps/Librarian.app/targets/targetFile).\

  12. Now, everyone on the system who wants this new target file needs to quit Librarian (to write out their old target file), and then remove it (~/.NeXT/targets/Targets1.0).  They will lose any of their own specific targets if they do this.\
