If your genealogy program can create and read GEDCOM files then
GED-Treasure will provide some useful tools needed as you trade
GEDCOM files with other people.
With GED-Treasure you can view your GEDCOM files and split off
family branches into their own GEDCOM files. It will show how
many separate family trees you have, point at the ones you want to
keep and create a new GEDCOM file.
GED-Treasure also includes a "point and click" viewer for GEDCOM
files which is fully functional in this demo. Just click on a
record number and a new window is created. It allows you to
specify the fields that you are interested in through a
configuration file.
