  7. These are instructions for upgrading your installed version of 'Mines
  8. of Gorr' to the version specified below.
  9.  
  10. This package is version: 0.28.
  11.  
  12. ***Warning: if you are upgrading, make sure to make a backup of your
  13. GORR.CFG file.  This ZIP file contains a copy of this file with the
  14. shipping game defaults.
  15.  
  16. If you are upgrading from:

  18. 0.20 - 0.26
  19. -----------
  20. Backup the GORR.CFG file so you have a copy of your old settings.  Then
  21. install the software described below.  Finally, edit the GORR.CFG using
  22. your old GORR.CFG.  NOTE: There are a few new options in this new
  23. GORR.CFG.
  24.  
  25. 0.20 - Just install the software over the top of 0.20 (*.EXE's and
  26.        *.RES).  Then run GENGORR and answer 'Y' to Create new
  27.        Blacksmith Shop.  Delete GORRLOG.*.
  28.  
  29. 0.21 - Just install the software over the top of 0.21 (*.EXE's and
  30.        *.RES).  Then run GENGORR and answer 'Y' to Create new
  31.        Blacksmith Shop.  Delete GORRLOG.*.
  32.  
  33. 0.22 - Just install the software over the top of 0.22 (*.EXE's and
  34.        *.RES).  Then run GENGORR and answer 'Y' to Create new
  35.        Blacksmith Shop.  Delete GORRLOG.*.

  37. 0.23 - Just install the software over the top of 0.23 (*.EXE's and
  38.        *.RES).  Delete GORRLOG.*.

  40. 0.24 - Just install the software over the top of 0.24 (*.EXE's and
  41.        *.RES).  Delete GORRLOG.*.
  42.  
  43. 0.25 - Just install the software over the top of 0.25 (*.EXE's and
  44.        *.RES).

  46. 0.26 - Just install the software over the top of 0.26 (*.EXE's and
  47.        *.RES).

  49. 0.27 - Just install the software over the top of 0.27 (*.EXE's and
  50.        *.RES).  You must run GENGORR and update the Blacksmiths
  51.        Shoppe.

  54. If you managed to get a version of this game that is lower than 0.20,
  55. you will need to totally reset the software including re-running
  56. GENGORR to reset all the databases.
